I have a team at work who are required to give feedback to help our safety culture of changing unsafe behaviors to safe behaviors. Also, we are trying this with production to improve production. I am a firm believer and see it everyday….a couple of sayings I have posted by Aubrey Daniels are: “The rate of change of behaviors is directly linked to the number of reinforcers received” and …….behavior is what a person does and a result is what is produced bye the behaviors.”
